WVCPD Moving to New Office

With the ongoing budget challenges facing West Virginia, the Office of Education and the Arts, (WVCPD's parent agency) has taken several cost-saving steps. Among them is the consolidation of office space. Because of this, WVCPD is moving from its current office on Hale Street in downtown Charleston, to the Culture Center at the West Virginia Capitol Complex.

The new office address is (effective June 26, 2017):

West Virginia Center for Professional Development
1900 Kawawha Boulevard, East
Charleston, 25302

Physically, the office will be housed on the lower level of the Culture Center, which is located on the western end of the complex. Once the move is completed, staff will begin to schedule sessions at the new location, and detailed information will be sent to registrants, as well as posted at wvcpd.org and on social media. Educators are urged to follow these sites (Twitter @wvcpdwvcpd and Facebook.com/WVCPD). The Center's phone number and fax number will remain the same.

The goal is to transition to the new space as easily and seamlessly as possible. WVCPD remains committed to the high standards of service to West Virginia's educators. The staff is available to answer questions via email (see staff directory) or telephone at 304-558-0539.
